Dreamina & Seedance / FIELD NOTES
Find and check a public Dreamina work link
The link you need identifies one completed Dreamina work. It should open that creation for a guest and use the work-detail path on dreamina.capcut.com. A public work link gives the downloader a page it can revisit when the underlying signed media address expires.
Download your own work or content you have permission to save.
Inspect the copied address
The service normalizes the supported work URL for its request. You do not need to find the underlying media address or edit a signature. Supplying a direct CDN URL bypasses the work-page reference the downloader needs and is not the intended input.
- The supported hostname is dreamina.capcut.com, with HTTPS.
- The path is /ai-tool/work-detail/ followed by the numeric work ID.
- Video links can include workDetailType=AiVideo; image links should retain workDetailType=Image when present.
- A home page, profile, project or template address is not an individual supported work link.
- Copy the whole address as text; avoid cutting it off at a line break or sending only a screenshot.
Check what a recipient can actually open
A guest page check is useful evidence, but it is not a guarantee that the platform will accept a server request or expose a supported media host. If the page works for you and a fresh download still fails, report the link and the error rather than sending account credentials.
- Paste the copied link into a private browser window or another browser where you are not signed in to Dreamina.
- Confirm that it opens the correct work and makes the intended media available.
- If it only opens a sign-in screen, your own signed-in view has not established guest access.
- Return to the work’s available sharing controls or ask its creator for a valid public link.
- Once the guest link works, use it in the downloader and compare the returned media with the work.
Questions about this guide
Do I need to copy the long signed video URL?
No. Copy the public Dreamina work-detail link. The downloader obtains a fresh media address when requesting the file.
Why can I open the work but the downloader cannot?
Your browser may have signed-in access, or the platform may expose different guest access or media responses. Test the work as a guest and report a persistent failure with the public URL.
